Ergophone H 200 uses the fourth generation mobile phone standard and ensures availability by the external antenna. The customer simply provides the power supply for the preconfigured device: plug in, test, done.
Optical support
The display support for the user is unique.The respective meaning of the function buttons is displayed visually. The mobile phone field strength is always visible as a bar chart when the device is idle.

Network-integration
Configurations and updates of the Ergophone carephone run automatically in the background via the mobile phone network in the service provider‘s IP network. Installers benefit from the time savings and can concentrate on their actual tasks.
Smart housing concept
All electronic components of the Ergophone H 200 are integrated into an electronics unit. The upper and lower shell and, where necessary, the buttons can thus be exchanged so easily and quickly. Seen from the outside, the device looks new.

Effective configuration - also via the network
Configuration via PC
The carephone is connected to a PC via the micro USB interface and configured via the web-based configuration interface. On site in the user‘s home, the device is merely connected to the mains and tested (mobile field strength and range of the radio pendant).
Manual and automatic updates
Update files can be uploaded locally from a PC or USB stick.
Automatic updates are transmitted via the mobile phone connection. The carephone checks at defined intervals whether new software is available and installs it if necessary.
Automatic configuration
Completed or modified configuration files can be placed on a configuration server by the service provider. The carephone automatically requests and installs them. Thus, the device can also be configured remotely.
Encrypted connections
The connection security to the server can be set. The variants "Encrypted" and "Encrypted with server authenticity" are available.
Quick setup on site and easy operation
Plug in, test, done
The preconfigured carephone is connected to the power grid in the user's home and boots automatically. Using the softkey-controlled menu, the installer tests the mobile radio field strength, the range of the pendant and triggers test emergency calls.
Simply plain text
The operating concept with display supports the user and shows in plain text which button to press and when. This is easy and effective. Fault messages can also be read on the display, supported by voice announcements.
